The GFMIC, Inc. will be holding its Joint 16th Annual National Convention and 2025 Membership Conference in Bohol on September 23–26, 2025. During this event, the GFMIC, in recognition of the significant accomplishments and contributions of users of the electronic New Government Accounting System (eNGAS) and electronic Budget (eBudget) System during the period June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025, will be awarding public sector entities/system users under the following award categories:

  1. eNGAS and/or eBudget System Inclusiveness Award (formerly Gallantry Award);
  2. eNGAS and/or eBudget System Grassroot Implementer Award;
  3. eNGAS and/or eBudget System Collaborator/Contributor Award;
  4. Outstanding eNGAS and/or eBudget System User Entity Award;
  5. Outstanding eNGAS and /or eBudget System User Audit Team Award; and
  6. eNGAS and/or eBudget System Hall-of-Fame Award (for categories 1, 2, 3, 4 and/or 5).

In this connection, the GFMIC, Inc. requests the submission of self-nominations for the aforementioned award categories 1, 2, 3, 4, and/or 6, as appropriate. The self-nominations should be validated by the Commission on Audit, through the Audit Team Leader assigned to your entity.

 The categories and mechanics for the aforementioned awards and the nomination forms are attached as Annexes A, B-1, B-2.1, and B-3. The self-nomination process adopted by GFMIC, Inc. provides a fair opportunity for all qualified public sector entities and audit teams to be recipients of the relevant awards.
